Commercial Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS) Services

Bradleigh Applications completed our first EIFS project in 1980 in Potomac, Maryland. In the ensuing forty (40) years we have installed millions of square feet of EIFS and have become experts in our primary product category. We work with all the top EIFS manufactures and can meet any specification that your project requires. Our brand name manufacturers include, although not limited to, Dryvit, Parex, Sto, BASF-Senergy, and Master Wall. Bradleigh Applications has had continuous growth over these four decades and relies on a large loyal client base with many repeat clients, generous referrals, and a record of 100% completed projects. Stucco / Plaster

Bradleigh Applications has been installing stucco and plaster since 1980. These building materials have been around for centuries and remain a popular choice from our customers for wall and ceiling claddings. Over the last four decades, we have gained extensive experience with lathing, exterior stucco, interior cement and gypsum plastering, veneer plaster, acrylic plaster wall coatings, and venetian plaster. Bradleigh Applications also installs lime-based plasters such as Thermocromex.

Air & Vapor Barriers

Bradleigh Applications, Inc. are experts in AVB Construction Bradleigh Applications is certified by the Air Barrier Association of America (ABAA). As an ABAA certified installer of exterior above grade air and vapor barriers we can meet all the ABAA requirements of any project that requires ABAA certification. We install technologically advanced barrier systems in the form of sheet applied, fluid applied, or a combination of both. We work with some of the top manufacturers in the industry, such as Henry, Carlisle Coatings & Waterproofing, W.R. Grace, and DuPont Tyvek. Since the early 2000’s, nearly 100% of our EIFS and exterior stucco work has been applied over an air and weather barrier. Our nearly twenty-year experience with air, vapor and weather barriers related to EIFS/stucco wall systems made us uniquely qualified for the ABAA certification program.

Acoustical Plaster

Acoustical Plaster comes in many forms many of which have become part of Bradleigh Applications’ successful product portfolio. For over a decade we have installed acoustical plaster on hundreds of projects in the mid-Atlantic region, the Southeastern coastal states, and thru-out Florida. We are certified installers of BASWAphon, Pyrok, StarSilent, Fellert, USG Ensemble, and Armstrong AcoustiBuilt.
