Construction Excellence

In February 2021, Bradleigh Applications, Inc. completed our portion of two construction projects using Thermocromex per the plans/specifications under our contract. One project was at 1625 Eckington Place NE in Washington DC–a new 12-story, solid steel, and concrete constructed condominium community development located at Eckington Yards. The second construction project was close by at 1611 Eckington Place NE, Washington DC–a Judd & Weiler apartment community.

We installed Thermocromex, a Limestone High-Performance Cladding, on the exterior of the building, including exterior ceilings over covered walkways, etc. The construction project was contracted to the CBG Building Company LLC and the architect was KTGY Group, Inc.
