Construction Excellence – EIFS Repair

Did you know that in addition to new EIFS installation construction, Bradleigh Applications, Inc. does an extensive amount of EIFS repair? Here are photos of our work on an EIFS repair using Dryvit materials at Capitol Technology University located in Laurel MD. We are using various Dryvit materials to reattach an existing system that is delaminating and recoat the entire building. We are also recaulking the work. We started in late July 2021, and it will take us until early November 2021 to complete.
